Cresent And Egg Breakfast Bake

Ingredients:

  • 2 package. crescent rolls
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup. milk
  • 2 cup. hash browns
  • 1 cup. grated mozzaralla cheese (or your choice)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. Grease an 9 X 13 pan
  3. Unfold Crescent rolls into strips and press together on bottom and sides of pan.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, mustard and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the sausage/bacon and potatoes, then the cheese on top of Crescent dough.
  6. Pour egg mixture over all.
  7. Bake 40-45 minutes until no liquid in center.
