Cresent And Egg Breakfast Bake |

A yummy breakfast bake that will feed a bunch. Ingredients:
1 lb sausage or bacon, cooked,drained and crumbled |
2 pkgs. crescent rolls |
5 eggs |
1/4 tsp. dry mustard |
1/4 tsp. pepper |
1/4 c. milk |
2 c. hash browns |
1 c. grated mozzaralla cheese (or your choice) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375° 2. Grease an 9 X 13 pan 3. Unfold Crescent rolls into strips and press together on bottom and sides of pan. 4. Whisk eggs, milk, mustard and pepper. 5. Sprinkle the sausage/bacon and potatoes, then the cheese on top of Crescent dough. 6. Pour egg mixture over all. 7. Bake 40-45 minutes until no liquid in center. |
