Creamy Onion Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 small potato
  • 1 oz butter
  • 1 pint milk
  • 1/2 pint vegetable stock

Directions:

  1. Chop onion and potato.
  2. Melt butter and sauté onions until transparent.
  3. Add everything else and bring to the boil. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove bay leaf and blend.
