Easy and tasty. Great for making on cold winter evenings. Ingredients:
2 medium onions |
1 small potato |
1 ounce butter |
1 pint milk |
1/2 pint vegetable stock |
1 bay leaf |
Directions:
1. Chop onion and potato. 2. Melt butter and sauté onions until transparent. 3. Add everything else and bring to the boil. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. 4. Remove bay leaf and blend. |
