Creamy Corn in the Crock Pot

Ingredients:

  • 2 (16 oz) packages frozen corn
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese or 1 (8 oz) package tofutti better than vegan , cubed
  • 1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In crock pot, combine all ingredients.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  3. Stir well before serving.
  4. Note: This can be dairy-free if you use dairy-free margarine and Better than Cream Cheese.
