Creamy Corn in the Crock Pot |

A rich, easy side dish that frees up time to prepare the main course! Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) packages frozen corn |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese or 1 (8 ounce) package tofutti better than cream cheese vegan cream cheese, cubed |
1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine, cubed |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In crock pot, combine all ingredients. 2. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted. 3. Stir well before serving. 4. Note: This can be dairy-free if you use dairy-free margarine and Better than Cream Cheese. |
