Creamed Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 taspoon pepper
  • 2 ozs. milk

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes
  2. Cut into thin slices
  3. Wash potatoes
  4. Put in a double boiler with enough water to cover
  5. Cook until done
  6. Drain out left over water
  7. Add butter, mayo, salt, pepper and garlic
  8. Mix together with a electric mixer
  9. Add milk to the mixture to creamed the potaoes
  10. You can add more milk if you want it thinner
