Potato Soup With Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 cup milk or 1 cup cream
  • 2 cups broth
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Mix potatoes, cheese, flour, salt and pepper, and enough cream or milk to make a rather thick mush.
  2. Add boiling water and bouillon and butter; simmer slowly for about 10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle chopped parsley over when serving.
