Cream of Mushroom Pot Roast

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb chuck roast
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 medium onion

Directions:

  1. Chop Onion, tomato and carrots
  2. Open Cans of soup and pour into crock pot.
  3. Add can of water.
  4. Add Vegetables.
  5. Stir Together.
  6. Heat Iron Skillet on High.
  7. Sear Meat for 1 and a half minutes each side.
  8. Add Meat to Crock Pot
  9. Set to cook for 6 hours.
