Ingredients:

  • 3 (3 3/4 oz) cans sardines
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend till smooth.
  2. Serve on raw veggies, crackers or Melba toast.
