Directions:

  1. In a 3-4 qt.
  2. Pan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until relish is thick and reduced to 3 cups, about 30 minutes; stir often as relish thickens to prevent scorching.
  4. Let cool.
  5. This will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
