Cranberry Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

  • crust
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • filling

Directions:

  1. Mix all the crust ingredients together
  2. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan
  3. Press half of the crust on the bottom of the pan
  4. Mix together the cranberry sauce and the apples
  5. Pour over the crust
  6. Spread the other half of the crust batter over the filling
  7. Bake at 350 for 45 min
  8. Eat and enjoy!
  9. May be served cold
