Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 160c gas 3
  2. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon until well mixed
  3. Pour into a greased and bottom lined 1kg (2lb) loaf tin
  4. Cook on the middle shelf for 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours
  5. Leave in the tin for a few minutes before turning out. Brush the top of the cake with a little of the glaze, arrange nuts on top and brush with the remaining glaze.
  6. ENJOY
