Corn Souffle Stuffed Zucchini

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) package frozen corn souffle
  • 3 cut in half lengthwise & cored medium zucchini

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. COMBINE 1st 2 ing. and 1/3 cup cheese in small bowl.
  3. Fill zucchini halves with mixture.
  4. Top with remaining cheese.
  5. Place on baking sheet.
  6. BAKE for 30 to 35 minutes or until zucchini is done.
