Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut head of califlower into florets and rinse.
  2. Place cauliflower into boiling water for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Put half the cauliflower into 2 qt baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  5. Spread with half the sour cream and half the cheese and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minute.
