Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix dressing ingredients together well and put in refrigerator.
  2. I use some or all of the ingredients below depending on my mood! They all go well with the dressing!
  3. •Chopped red onion (about a tablespoon).
  4. •Chop up the orange reserved from the dressing.
  5. •Small can mandarin oranges.
  6. •Feta cheese
  7. •Chopped glazed walnuts (a small handful).
  8. •Small tart apple chopped (squeeze some lemon juice on apple after chopping to keep from browning).
  9. •Chopped Pear
  10. •Chopped Craisins® (The orange flavored ones are great).
  11. •Chopped green onion (1 or 2 stocks).
  12. •Avocado (best if you don’t use the feta).
  13. •Chopped carrots (3 or 4 baby carrots).
  14. Make a bed with desired greens or lettuce and add above ingredients. Then pour dressing over top. Good with cooked chicken or shrimp!
