Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, cocoa and water in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Sprinkle marshmallows on top.
  3. Mix cake mix and pour over mixture in pan.
  4. Sprinkle with nuts.
  5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
