Chocolate Chip-Oat Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2-3/4 cup mini chocolate chip

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl; beat together until smooth.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Measure 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  4. Spoon batter on a hot, oiled griddle.
  5. Cook each side until pancakes are puffy and begin to bubble around the edges.
  6. Flip pancakes and cook other side until golden.
