Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine two cups flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Set half aside for topping.
  2. Press the remaining crumb mixture in to a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips, and pecans.
  4. Whisk the carmael topping and remaining flour until smooth. Drizzle over top. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Cool on wire rack for two hours before cutting. .
