Chocolate Bran Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup baking cocoa
  • 2 1/4 cups bran flakes
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 4 (1 g) packets sugar substitute

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together just until mixed.
  2. Divide evenly between 24 mini muffin tins.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
