Directions:

  1. In a bowl place the wet ingredients.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients and add to bowl
  3. Beat all with an electric mixer medium speed until well blended
  4. Stir in the chips and nuts
  5. Place in a greased and floured 9 x 5 loaf pan
  6. Bake in a 350 F until tested done in center with a wooden toothpick, about 60+ minutes
