Directions:

  1. Steam potatoes.
  2. Place on aluminium foil and break apart into a pile.
  3. Spread dip, butter and sliced pickled onions over potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over and season.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan over the top.
  6. Place under griller until brown.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
