Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a plastic bag and marinate in the dry rub overnight.
  2. Bring about 2 litres of water to the boil in a saucepan with a steamer on top.
  3. Put the marinated ribs into the steamer and steam for about half an hour.
  4. All the flavour is now also in the water so reserve.
  5. Now add the sauce ingredients into the reserved water and reduce until the required consistency.
  6. Deep fry ribs until crispy,.
  7. Poor sauce over the ribs.
  8. Enjoy.
