Chicken Parmesan With Basil Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to moderately hot.
  2. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese and parsley in medium bowl.
  3. Toss chicken one piece at a time, in flour; shake away excess flour.
  4. Dip in egg then in crumb mixture to coat.
  5. Place on oiled oven trays; bake in moderately hot oven, uncovered about 20 minutes or until browned lightly and cooked through.
  6. Serve chicken with endive and rocket; drizzle with basil dressing.
