Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook chicken.
  2. Heat olive oil. Add celery and onion. Cook 4 minutes. Add garlic. Cook 1 minute.
  3. Add 3 T Flour . Cook 2 minutes.
  4. Add 4 cups broth, slowly. Bring to a boil. Cook 2 minutes.
  5. Add remainder of broth and Vegetables. Cook 35 minutes.
  6. Add chicken back.
  7. Adjust seasonings.
