  1. In saute pan melt butter and olive oil on hi.
  2. Stir in onions, and saute until light brown.
  3. Stir in rice and orzo, coat, and stir until very light brown.
  4. Add broth and seasoning, heat to boiling.
  5. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
