Cheesy Chops and Potatoes (Crock Pot)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim excess fat from chops.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle half of the herb mixture onto chops and rub inches
  4. In a large skillet over med-high heat, brown both sides of the chops in hot oil; set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Pour off excess drippings from skillet.
  7. Add soups and water, stirring to loosen browned bits on bottom of skillet; set aside.
  8. Meanwhile peel potatoes.
  9. Slice into a large bowl.
  10. Add onion and remaining herb mixture, tossing to coat well.
  11. Spread on bottom of crock pot.
  12. Cover with pork chops.
  13. Evenly pour soup mixture over potatoes.
  14. Cook on low 8 - 9 hours.
