Ingredients:

  • 2 tab melted butter
  • 2 1- lb cans whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tab. chopped green pepper

Directions:

  1. TOSS BUTTER AND CRACKER CRUMBS, SPREAD HALF ON BOTTOM OF GREASED CASSEROLE DISH. COMBINE CORN, CHEESE, MILK, ONION AND GREEN PEPPER AND SPREAD OVER CRUMB MIXTURE.
  2. SPRINKLE REMAINING CRUMBS ON TOP.
  3. BAKE AT 350
  4. FOR 30 TO 40 MINS.
