Ingredients:

  • 4 cloves of garlic slivered
  • 3 table spoons virgin olive oil
  • 14 cup dry sherry
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped flatleaf parsley
  • generous pinch of cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. put the mushrooms in and toss to be coated. add garlic and cook for few seconds. sprinkle
