Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • seasoning
  • butter and oil for shallow frying oil
  • ( oil is to prevent butter from burning)

Directions:

  1. Put the oil and butter in a pan, and heat up med high
  2. Beat eggs add seasoning
  3. Break up florets
  4. Dip the florets in the egg mixture
  5. Quickly put the florets in the heated pan and leave to fry for a few min till golden then turn over. Eat them warm!
