Cauliflower Dipped And Fried |

My teacher told me about this one day in cooking class. I just had to try it. I’ve also used this in a fondue, the egg gets a bit messy.. but that's what its all about! :) enjoy! Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1/2 head cauliflower |
seasoning |
butter and oil for shallow frying |
(oil is to prevent butter from burning) |
Directions:
1. Put the oil and butter in a pan, and heat up med high 2. Beat eggs add seasoning 3. Break up florets 4. Dip the florets in the egg mixture 5. Quickly put the florets in the heated pan and leave to fry for a few min till golden then turn over. Eat them warm! |
