Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients. Pour into a greased 8 inch square dish.
  3. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
