Cantaloupe With Honey Ginger Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 2 tsp gingerroot, minced

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl combine sauce ingredients and heat for 30 seconds in the microwave; set aside to cool.
  2. Place fruit in a mixing bowl, top with dressing and mix well.
  3. Serve alone or with vanilla ice cream.
