Cannellini Beans and Garlic Bruschetta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, process the cannellini beans and 1 garlic clove until smooth.
  2. Slowly add the 1/4 of olive oil with the motor running.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  4. Heat a grill pan.
  5. Grill the slices of bread until distinct grill marks form.
  6. Brush with the remaining olive oil, and rub with the remaining garlic clove.
  7. Spread the beans over the bruschetta, and sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Serve.
