Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. If you are glazing your own walnuts, place sugar in a skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves into a light brown liquid
  2. Add walnuts and toss to coat
  3. Remove walnuts and cool on a sheet of foil
  4. In a large salad bowl, put in the mixed greens, craisins, cheese, vinaigrette, vinegar and olive oil
  5. Toss gently
  6. Add candied walnuts and toss again
