Directions:

  1. Mix vinegar, olive oil, cumin, garlic, salt & pepper in small bowl.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine all other ingredients in large bowl, stir.
  4. Add reserved vinegar mixture & toss gently.
  5. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
