Ingredients:

  • 1 (4 1/2 oz) camembert cheese (a round) or 1 (4 1/2 oz) brie cheese ( a round)
  • 8 oz crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Open crescent roll dough, take half of roll and pinch seams together to make one solid square piece. (put other half aside for another use). Place in oven-proof dish.
  3. Wrap cheese in crescent roll,bringing the ends on top of cheese and pinching the ends neatly.
  4. Melt butter in sauce pan.
  5. When melted, add crushed garlic cloves, and sautee for 5 minutes. (Do not burn Garlic)
  6. Add honey to butter and garlic and stir until blended through.
  7. Pour butter/honey over wrapped cheese.
  8. Bake for 13 minutes, or until a nice golden brown.
  9. Enjoy on crackers or toast rounds.
