  • 1 (4 1/2 oz) camembert cheese (a round) or 1 (4 1/2 oz) brie cheese ( a round)
  • 8 oz crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1 Preheat oven to 325.
  • 2 Open crescent roll dough, take half of roll and pinch seams together to make one solid square piece. (put other half aside for another use). Place in oven-proof dish.
  • 3 Wrap cheese in crescent roll,bringing the ends on top of cheese and pinching the ends neatly.
  • 4 Melt butter in sauce pan.
  • 5 When melted, add crushed garlic cloves, and sautee for 5 minutes. (Do not burn Garlic)
  • 6 Add honey to butter and garlic and stir until blended through.
  • 7 Pour butter/honey over wrapped cheese.
  • 8 Bake for 13 minutes, or until a nice golden brown.
  • 9 Enjoy on crackers or toast rounds.
