Cajun Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning (tony chacherres or zatterans)

Directions:

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Add garlic.
  3. Saute till you smell the garlic.
  4. Add cream.
  5. Hard simmer for 20 - 30 or until desired consistency.
  6. Add cheese and Cajun seasoning.
  7. Cook until melted.
  8. Pour over favorite pasta.
