Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp walnut oil
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 2 1/2 cups white flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients, except for the dried fruit and nuts, in the machine, according to the order specified by your machine.
  2. Program for whole wheat or fruit bread.
  3. During the final kneading add the fruit and nuts (if using).
