Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Blend together with mixer, Butter, Cheese spread, mayonaise and seasonings
  2. Stir in crab by hand.
  3. Split English muffins
  4. Spread each muffin half with crab spread.
  5. Cut muffin halves into quarters.
  6. Place quartered muffins on sheet pan and place in freezer for 30 minutes
  7. Place frozen prepared meltaways in freezer bags for use within 1 to 2 monthes
  8. To cook: Place frozen meltaways on broiler pan and broil until puffy, bubbly and slightly brown. Toaster oven broiler works well for small batches.
