Directions:

  1. Rinse fish thoroughly in cold water; pat dry.
  2. Coat a shallow broiler pan with melted butter. Place fish in pan, turning fish to coat well; sprinkle with lemon juice. Brush fish with salad dressing.
  3. Broil fish 4 inches from heating element 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting occasionally with salad dressing. Sprinkle fish with 1 teaspoon salt. Transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
