Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large skillet.
  2. Add garlic, onion, and pepper(s).
  3. Cook until onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove pepper(s) and discard.
  5. Add broccoli, water and salt.
  6. Cover and simmer until tender-crisp, 12-15 minutes.
