Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) package fresh baby carrots
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup honey

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-14 minutes or until carrots are tender.
  4. Serve with a slotted spoon.
