Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 -4 slices stale bread
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix tomatoes, onion, greenpepper, salt, pepper, margarine, and sugar in saucepan.
  2. Cook until greenpepper and onion are tender.
  3. Add bread.
  4. Cook awhile longer on low heat.
  5. You can add zucchini to this dish also.
  6. Good!
