Ingredients:

  • 1 lb butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 7 1/2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, butter, cream and sugars. Add salt, lemon rind and vanilla. Add enough flour to make a soft dough ( but stiff enough to make into balls). Refrigerate overnight. roll into balls and press ina Brazeli (Bratzilie) iron.
