Waffer thin iron pressed swiss cookie Ingredients:
1 lb butter |
2 cups white sugar |
1 cup brown sugar |
4 eggs |
2 cups whipping cream |
1 lemon rind |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon lemon extract |
7 1/2 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Mix eggs, butter, cream and sugars. Add salt, lemon rind and vanilla. Add enough flour to make a soft dough ( but stiff enough to make into balls). Refrigerate overnight. roll into balls and press ina Brazeli (Bratzilie) iron. |
