Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix flour,oatmeal,brown sugar,salt and baking powder in a medium sized bowl.beat egg with milk and oil and add to dry ingredients.mix just until blended.fold in blueberries.scoop into 12 lined muffin tins.sprinkle with sugar.bake at 350degrees abot 18-22 minutes,
