Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly spray muffin pan with oil spray. Set oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre and set aside.
  3. Measure cereals into another bowl. Add the lemon juice to the milk to sour it and pour over the cereal. Add applesauce and lightly-beaten egg. Stir and pour over dry ingredients. Mix lightly.
  4. Add blueberries and stir just enough to distribute.
  5. Spoon into tins and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
