Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup splenda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup applesauce

Directions:

  1. Mix dry indredients
  2. Add wet
  3. Mix just to incorporate
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 min
